Integrated management
Every egg sold, every bag of feed bought and every franc spent leaves a trace. FAMZ uses digital tools to run the farm, including remotely, based on verifiable data.
What we do
Day to day on the farm
From notebook to system
Field sheets (laying, feed, sales, expenses) are photographed, sent and entered into the FAMZ ERP, where every line is checked.
The FAMZ ERP
Sales, purchases, stock, bank and loans, human resources, poultry, weighings, feed formulas and dashboards in a single tool.
Odoo accounting
Purchases, suppliers, cash, bank, sales and fixed assets have been recorded since 2024 with referenced vouchers.
Internal control
Bank reconciliations, human approval of every batch of entries before posting to the accounts, and a retained operations log.
Remote management
The founder, based in New York, follows the farm through these tools; a manager and a supervisor run operations on site under written delegations.

Stronger accountability
Quarterly reports, an annual independent review by a chartered accountant and a six-monthly steering committee with partners.
