Our technical team in the field

Behind every harvest and every tray of eggs, a technical team works every day in Zignébougou. Most of its members come from farming families; they build the facilities, prepare the crops, irrigate and monitor production — field know-how that FAMZ wants to turn into lasting salaried jobs.

Construction and site works

The team builds much of the infrastructure itself: shade nets, crop sheeting and livestock buildings.

Grow-bag cultivation under shade net

Growing vegetables in bags gives control over substrate and watering. The team prepares, lines up and plants hundreds of bags.
